KillSwitch är baserat på Process Hacker, vars källkod är öppen. Det innebär att också KillSwitchs källkod kommer att bli öppen, så snart programmet ej längre är beta. Här är SourceForge-sidan: http://sourceforge.n...cts/killswitch/
I väntan på att källkoden publiceras, får programmet endast användas internt. Därför tog jag bort nedladdningslänkarna i föregående inlägg.

FIXED! DACS does not timeout under certain circumstances
FIXED! Slow registry scanning
FIXED! CCE cant update virus DB if DNS/Proxy settings of the computer are changed
FIXED! CCE cant be started under UAC

There will be another beta release next week which should have more features added.

During the lifetime of the product, more tools and functions will be introduced.
This is a private BETA and must not be used for any other purpose than testing. It can contain serious bugs and must be used only by community members. Please do NOT distribute it outside this forum as it is not intended for end-users even for testing purposes.

Det finns en ny beta, 1.9.210340.144, som ännu inte har meddelats på forumet. Den stora nyheten jämfört med 1.8 beta är Autoruns. Programmet påminner väldigt mycket om Sysinternals Autoruns. Vad Comodo har tillfört är Rating, d.v..s. ett utlåtande (säker, okänd, skadlig) om varje fil. Jag testade i Windows 8 (64-bit), och en fil var okänd, övriga säkra. Den okända filen är drivrutinen WdBoot.sys, signerad av Microsoft Windows Early Launch Anti-malware Publisher, som ännu inte finns i Comodos lista med betrodda utgivare.

The databae update issue was because of a ayncronization issue with our package builder and update servers. Because of this problem, the archives did not contain the proper CCE.exe and hence it has this issue with updating.

We have fixed the issue. Please download archives again to get the correct package which doesnt have this update issue.
