Updated 10/20/2011: Program updates are released as of today.
Updating from CIS 5.5 to CIS 5.8
There will be a 2 stage updating mechanism for old users. The initial update will be updating the updater to the latest version which is capable of upgrading to CIS 5.8.

Updating from CIS 5.8.x.2124 to CIS 5.8.x.2131

If you have CIS 5.8.x.2124 installed, you will also receive a small update. Pls check the updated release notes for details.

We have resumed the updates again as some of you may have already noticed. Because of the update errors you faced yesterday, we have made a 2 stage update today to provide you a safe upgrade path.

If you are a CIS 5.5 user, you will get an initial update which updates the program updater. After the restart, this new updater will be able to smootly update your software to CIS 5.8.

CIS 5.8.x.2124 users will also need to get an update because of the changes we made in the updating mechnism. While updating you guys to build 2131, we have included 2 simple fixes as well. Pls check the initial post for more information.

Aha jag tyckte det var märkligt med en ca 1 sekund download som krävde omstart och sedan en normalstor download som också krävde omstart. Nu vet jag. Det funkade utan problem iaf.

Min uppdatering startade normalt, sedan stod den i ca. 1 tim, o tuggade. Jag valde då att avbryta och hämta installations filen på Comodos forum, det fungerade bra!

Verkar som tidigare erbjudandet om Comodo Internet Security Pro 2011 har upphört.
Var nyss inne & testade länkarna men tyvär enbart 30 dagars Trial tillgänglig för närvarande.
Har rensat bort mitt gamla inlägg av denna orsak + rätt ska va rätt.
Såg även i efterhand en annan medlem redan hade informerat om saken.
