går intre uppdatera till 8.1

har försökt uppdatera från 8 till 8.1 men det går inte får följande fel meddelande 0xc1900101-0x30018 Kollade först med windows uppgradering det var okej att installera försökt 5 ggr tagit bort program kört Windows update VAD GÖRA  ??

Har du ett trådlöst nätverkskort från Ralink? Att inaktivera det i BIOS kan lösa problemet.

jag har ASUS   vad menar du med inaktivera i BIOS

Fixed now, after many hours of experimenting. Turns out it's the Wi-Fi. All you have to do is disable it in BIOS, and the installation will complete without any errors. Hit F2 when you turn on the computer, enter the BIOS Setup, find the Wi-Fi card (in mine it's under Advanced, and the line says "Integrated WLAN [Enabled]"), disable it, save changes and restart. Now, attempt Windows 8.1 install once again and it should work.

Bios har inget med OS att göra.

Hur kommer du in i Bios?

tryckte F2 som JoWa skrev ovan , Skall man inte kunna uppdatera bara . fattar inte att micosoft löst detta

Och du hittar inget om WiFi eller WLAN?
