HI

I downloaded the microsoft essentials, ie.. with msn,windows live, messenger, etc.

Since downloading, I am unable to login to messenger and windows mail due to not being able

to retrieve passwords. When I try, a message states that thier is a fault.

can anyone direct me as i am also unable to create a free msn hotmail through this continuous problem

Om du installerar Windows Vista på en hårddisk eller partition som redan har en installation så arkiveras den gamla installationens Windows-katalog i en katalog som heter Windows.old. Denna kan vara svår att ta bort utan de rätta kunskaperna om att ändra ägarskap och behörighet på mappen. Därför kan du med det inbyggda verktyget Diskrensning ta bort denna mapp. Starta Diskrensning och välj den enhet du har den gamla Windows-katalogen på. Välj sedan âFiler från alla användare på datornâ och när sedan listan över saker att rensa bort dyker upp ser du till till att kryssa i âTidigare Windows-installation(er)â och väljer sedan OK.

Detta tips gäller för: Samtliga versioner av Windows Vista.

as a first time poster to my probLems with Windows Updates.

Not sure what I do.

I run SP1 Vista Home Premium 32 bit but since restoring october ,2008 windows updates has not functioned.

Will your kindly information help me to gain window updates again.

At present there appears to be a program wishing to be installed that is preventing my computer of downloading new software.

I am not sue how to fix this.

Can we continue with this help

Has anyone had same problem. Windows updates ceased to give updates and returns error codes.

I remember having to restore windows late last year and I think maybe that may have done something.

Today my windows explorer keeps crashing and I keep getting a message that a program is being installed and

this prevents me doing anychanges.

I tryed to load ITunes, but it says the same, waiting first before program already being installed.

I cannot find this program. i want to remove the old iTunes first installed, ver 7, but it keeps denying me to delete them.

I hope someone can help
