Windows Live Messenger-problem, felkod 800401f3

Hejsan.

Jag har problem med Windows live messenger.

Det är så att när jag ska logga in så får jag felkoden 800401f3.

Jag har sökt på massa forum efter guider och det sägs att jag inte har msxml3.dll registrerad i system 32. Jag har lyckats med alla guider (ingen av dom har funkat) förutom denna:

1. Download and install SubInACL (Microsoft Official Page)

2. Create a file named reset.cmd in C:Program FilesWindows Resource

KitsTools folder.

3. Edit the reset.cmd file with the following content.

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /grant=administrators=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER /grant=administrators=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=administrators=f

subinacl /subdirectories %SystemDrive% /grant=administrators=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /grant=system=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER /grant=system=f

subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=system=f

subinacl /subdirectories %SystemDrive% /grant=system=f

4. Enter into CMD prompt.

5. Enter the following commands one at a time and click Enter.

cdcd "C:Program FilesWindows Resource KitsTools"

reset.cmd

6. After a few minutes by processing subinacl, the permission will be reset.

När jag ska ladda ner subinacl så är det en .msi fil. och ingen .exe fil så jag kan inte installera den. det är nog där det största problemet är. Jag skriver om filen till en .exe fil då ett cmd fönster kommer upp snabbt och inget mer händer.

Så snälla hjälp mig att få denna Msi fil att bli installerad. btw har win xp
