Folk tycker tydligen det. Värst torde Kockens Piffi Allkrydda vara, med sjuttifem procent salt. 😮 Santa Marias Kebabkrydda är däremot osaltad. 👍 Deras hamburgare är salta så det räcker och blir över, två till fyra gram i de varianter jag har tittat på. 🍔 Och ett gram i deras pommes frites. 🍟

Det är livsmedelsindustrin som använder palmolja. Den säljs inte i livsmedelsbutiker, vad jag vet. Kokosolja säljs däremot. 🥥 Nej! 😮 Steka lax i smör? Nej tack, allra minst om smöret är saltat. Lax kan stekas utan tillsatt fett, men man kan tillsätta en skvätt olja för trevligare yta, och krispigare skinn. 😊 Man kan visst steka i olivolja. Palmolja används av två huvudskäl: Oljepalmen ger mer fett än någon annan växt, och fettet är till 47 procent mättat, vilket innebär att det kan ersätta animaliskt fett, i livsmedel där ett mer trögflytande fett behövs. I kokosolja är fettet till 93 procent mättat, medan fettet i rapsolja till sju procent är mättat.
