Man kan klicka på lösning och får detta svar: Solve a problem with Windows Vista Windows Vista has stopped working properly. This problem has been solved in Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1). To solve this problem, do the following: Determine whether your operating system type is 32-bit or 64-bit. How can I find out if my system type is 32-bit or 64-bit? Jag hittar inte SP 1 i uppdateringshistoriken, men när jag hämtar den och sedan försöker installera får jag meddelande att SP 1 är redan installerat. Cecilia Posted March 18, 2010 Share Posted March 18, 2010 Om SP 2 är installerad så är även SP 1 installerat. Om du vill ominstallera SP 1 så måste du först avinstallera SP 2. Men det borde finnas något enklare sätt. Har problemet bara inträffat en gång eller blir det varje gång du använder Windows Media Player? Var det bara en gång så kan du ju strunta i det. Service Pack 1 (SP1) was released in April 2008, and might already be installed on your PC (to find out, click on the Start button and enter "winver" in the search box). Service Pack 2 (SP2) was released in May 2009 and contains all the updates we've released since SP1 plus support for new types of hardware and emerging hardware standards. You should install both Service Packs, and you need to install SP1 before SP2. Så du bör redan ha installerat SP1 men i värsta fall får du avinstallera SP2 och sedan installera i rätt ordning.
